    1 Large Portabella Mushroom Cap
    *Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp
    *Anzio Sub Rolls, .5 serving
    Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)

Directions

Slice mushroom into slices. Cook in olive oil, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, and Worcestershire

Place on half a sub roll. Put provolone over mushrooms, put in microwave til melted..
