Introduction

I just improvised a recipe I knew, but was conscious of what I put in it to make it tasty. I really like broccoli, so I overloaded on that. I just improvised a recipe I knew, but was conscious of what I put in it to make it tasty. I really like broccoli, so I overloaded on that.

Ingredients

    Barilla Plus Rotini 3 Cups
Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 1.5 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1/2 Cup
*Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna in water, 12 oz
    Celery 1/2 cup, diced
    Broccoli, cooked, 12 oz
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp

Directions

First start up your boiling water for the pasta. Follow directions to cook the pasta. Also, heat broccoli, by boiling in a 1 and a half of water. I actually just steamed mine in a bag. In the meantime, heat cream of mushroom soup and nonfat milk in sauce pan over medium heat. Once it begins to bubble lower the heat and add garlic powder. Add tuna, stir until creamy. Add celery and then broccoli. Continue to mix. Drain pasta. Pour tuna mixture over pasta. Now add 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Finally pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon of cheese over the surface of the casserole. Pop in the oven for 25 minutes and boom yumminess in the tummy.
