Introduction

Great tasty Pork & Beef spagetti meat sauce that is quick and simple to put together. Great tasty Pork & Beef spagetti meat sauce that is quick and simple to put together.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 medium Onions, diced
    1/2 Green Pepper (more to taste) diced
    1lb Ground Beef
    1lb Ground Pork
    2 cans Diced Tomatoes
    2 cans Tomato Sauce
    1 small can Tomato Paste
    2 tbsp Spaghetti Seasoning
    1 tbsp sugar
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Brown the ground Beef and Pork in a dutch oven. Remove from pan and drain fat. Return a few tablespoons of grease to pan along with onions and green peppers. Add a pinch or two of salt and pepper. Saute onions and green pepper until lightly browned. Return beef to pan and combine. Add tomatoes and sauce. Bring to a simmer and stir in spaghetti seasoning. Continue simmering uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste and stir thoroughly to make sure it gets mixed in well. Cook pasta according to directions on packaging. Serve sauce on top of pasta immediately.
