Ingredients

    1. Chickpeas flour or Besan 0.5 cup
    you can make your own flour with can of chickpeas
    2. Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    3. Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper chopped
    4. Salt, 1 dash
    5. Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    6. Water 1 cup
    7.Cilantro 1tbs. Cut

Directions

mix water in the chickpeas flour to make a thick batter. put onion, hot chili,salt, tomatoes & cilantro. mix well. than make this like pan cakes. this taste so good with hot tea. you can eat in the breakfast or in the evening snake time.

    Very Good
    Cilantro is Coriander, I had to google that.
    I don't like chili's so I didn't use them and I left out the salt as well. But as a base for savoury pancakes, great.
