Ingredients

    Ground beef
    Taco Seasoning
    1 can of pinto beans
    1 can of butter beans
    1 can rotel
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    ranch dressing packet (dry)
    mexican shredded cheese

Directions

brown beef, drain. Add all other ingrediants. Simmer. Serve. Sprinkle cheese. Can substitute with ground turkey.

    Um, how does this make 20 cups of soup? No broth, not enough tomatoes to do it. Maybe that unspecified amount of hamburger was really alrge and oily? I think the idea is great, but there's too much missing info. - 11/9/11
