Introduction

Creamy and easy dinner in 10 minutes. Creamy and easy dinner in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

    Tuna fish (canned)
    Cream cheese (light)
    Wheat bread --or even better the last few hamburger or hot dog buns in the package.

Directions

Warm the cream cheese to soften. Mix in tuna with a fork until blended and no chunks of either cheese or tuna. Turn on the broiler to heat. Lay out the bread on a cookie tray and distribute the tuna mixture to each piece of bread. Spread the tuna mix with your fork until you have an even layer.
Put the tray in the oven for 2-5 minutes. WATCH it if you have a super hot broiler. Let cool while setting the table. Enjoy!
