Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup splendid, granulated
    1/3 cup splendid, brown sugar
    1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1/2 cup craisins
    1/2 cup semi-sweet morsels
    1 cup oats

Directions

Cream butter with splenda's. Mix in vanilla and egg substitue. Mix flour and baking soda together, then blend with sugar/butter mixture. fold in craisins, oats, and semi-sweet morsels.
Spoon by the teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 teaspoon sized cookie
