I used an already cooked chicken deboned

both white and dark meat.

Number of Servings: 12


    1 chicken apx.2 Lb cooked and deboned (no skin)
    2 Bell peppers thinly sliced
    1 large onion thinly sliced
    3 garlic cloves chopped
    1 1/2 cup white wine.
    1 Tsp salt
    1tsp ground pepper (or to taste)
    1Tsp paprika powder
    1.5 Tsp cumin (ground)
    1 cup chopped tomato or crushed tomato(Pomi brand is all natural)


debone the cooked chicken remove skin and shred meat.
Heat 1 tbsp oli to frying pan ,
add the onion slices and pepper slices with the chopped garlic ,add the shredded chicken and white wine,
add the chopped tomato/or crushed tomatoes,cumin salt and pepper , let cook for 20 min, add more spices if needed.
serve with rice, or on a bun.

Serving Size: makes 12 serv.@ 3.1 oz each or 10 @ 4 apx.
