Ingredients

    2 cups papaya cubes
    1 cup raspberries-fresh or frozen
    1 small banana-6 inch
    3 tbls ground flax seeds
    2 tbps ground chia seeds
    1/2 plain yogurt- 0 fat, 0 sugar
    1.5 cups soy milk (Kirkland Organic brand-vanilla flavor)


Directions

Very Easy- Put all the ingredients in your blend. Blend at high until smooth. You may have to add a little bit more soy milk if is took thick.

Serving Size: Makes four (4) 1 cup servings
