Ingredients:
**Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti Noodles, 5 oz (remove)
*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 2 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
Garlic, 8 cloves (remove)
*Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, per 1 Tb (15 mL), 3 tbsp (remove)
*Flour, white, .33 cup (remove)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
Broccoli, frozen, 1/2 package (10 oz) (remove)
*Fresh Express 3 Color Deli Coleslaw,16oz bag (fresh shredded green cabbage, carrots and red cabbage), 8 oz (remove)
Directions
In a pot bowl salted water - Cook noodles per instructions
Chop onion
In a large pan, saute' onion - I use water to saute instead of oil to keep fat content low. Add garlic and broccoli to pan.
Add Soy sauce to veggies and 1 Tbsp of Teriyaki.
Toss boneless pork in Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. Season with onion and garlic powder and grill.
*I personally grill my pork loin with my Foreman Grill for about 7 minutes or until fully cooked. If you over cook the pork it will be tough. You can cut it up and cook it on the stove top with the onions and broccoli if you desire.
In a coffee cup add 1/3 cup flour. Add about 2/3c water and mix well. No lumps. Add this mixture to your veggies on the stove. Gradually, add water to thin sauce to desired consistency. Season with salt and paper.
When pork is done. Slice into small pieces and throw into veggies.
When Pasta is finished. Drain and toss into pork and veggies. Mix well. Season to taste.
When done mix some fresh cabbage into pan or place on bottom of plate and spoon Pork lo mein over it. I personally like the fresh crush of the cabbage so I add extra to mine.
Enjoy. :)
