Ingredients

    4 Tblsp White Flour
    24 Oz Beef Stew Meat
    4 Tblsp Canola Oil
    6 c. Low Sodium Veg Juice
    2 c. Water
    2 med red onion, cut into thin wedges
    2 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
    3 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1 tsp. dried morjoram, crushed
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 bay leaf
    6 c. cubed potatoes (About 6 Med)
    (2) 2/3 c. frozen cut green beans
    (2) 2/3 c. Frozen whole kernal corn
    2 c. sliced carrots (About 4 Med)
    4- Celery Stalks
    (1) 14.5 Oz Diced Tomatoes (Undrained)

Directions

Place flour in a plastic bag. Add meat cubes a few at a time, shaking to coat. In a large saucepan or dutch oven brown meat in hot oil: drain fat. Stir in Veg Juice, Water, Onion, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon granules, oregano, marjam, pepper, Diced tomatoes, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil: reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 1 to 11/4 hours or until meat is nearly tender.
Stir in potatoes, grean beans, corn, celery and carrots. Return to boiling: reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 30 minutes more or until meat and vegatables are tender. Discard bay leaf
