    5 Green Peppers
    2 Jars of Bertolli Sausage Garlic & Romano Sauce (any sauce, really)
    2# Ground Beef (80% was used in this calculation)
    2 Large Eggs
    2 cloves (or more) Garlic
    2 tbsp. Basil
    1.5 c. Instant Brown Rice


Cut the tops off of the peppers and wash them, take out all of the seeds (they are gonna be stuffed, so make them hallow). Rinse and leave to drain while, in a medium bowl, squish together the hamburger, eggs, garlic, basil, and rice.
Dump 1 jar or can of sauce into a nice big crockpot (I have an oval shaped one). Stuff each pepper to the top and place in sauce. Dump second jar/can over, cover and turn on low for 6-8 hours. If you need to, you can turn on high and reduce the time by about half.
