Ingredients

    16 Cups torn chunked TJ's Shepherd's Bread (1 loaf/17 slices)
    2.5 Cups finely diced Celery
    2 Cups or Large Onions diced
    Salt & Pepper
    5 X Large Eggs
    6 generous tsp ground Sage or more
    Warm water to moisten

Directions

Tear bread into small chunks, add diced Celery and Onion, Sage, Eggs, Salt and Pepper. Add warm water to moisten, should be "fluffy". Stuff Turkey butt and neck cavity
