Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 c oat flour
    3/4 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c pumpkin puree
    1/2 c applesauce
    1/2 c non-dairy milk
    1 cup diced apples
    1-2 tsp vanilla
    2-4 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 c date paste (dates pureed with water)
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    4 pks stevia

Directions

Preheat over 350F

Mix dry ingredinets. Add wet. Stir to combine. Add apples.

Add mixture to muffin tins or cupcake holders.

Bake 25-30 minutes

Cool completely.
