Ingredients

    1 lb 93/7 lean ground beef (grassfed)
    1/2 cup Progresso breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup Herdez medium salsa
    1/2 cup white onion
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp red pepper
    1/4 tsp season salt
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Cook in large loaf pan for 45 min at 350 degrees, or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
Top with more salsa to serve.
