Introduction

Light salad great for summer picnics or festive holiday gatherings. Light salad great for summer picnics or festive holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

    One bag Spring Mix Salad
    1/2 cup Walnuts
    1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
    4 tbsp Gorgonzola Crumbles
    8 tbsp Raspberry Vinaigrette


    Additional/Substitution Ingredients:
    Fresh apple slices
    Dried Cherries
    Blue Cheese

Directions

Put field greens into large serving bowl. Sprinkle top with dried cranberries, walnuts, and gorgonzola* crumbles. Drizzle vinaigrette over top. Serve.

*Can substitute gorgonzola for blue cheese.
