Hearty meal that kids and husbands love! Hearty meal that kids and husbands love!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 ham steak (or one pound of bacon)
    2 twelve ounce bags of hash browns
    2 cups of low fat sour cream
    2 eggs
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

simple...mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl...salt and pepper to taste and put in the oven around 400 degree's for 30-35 minutes or until brown and bubbly on top.
