Ingredients

1 tbsp oil (olive or canola)
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup carrot, shredded or chopped
2 cups of bok choy, chopped (tops and bottoms separated)
    1 cup sugar snap peas
    4 thin slices of onion
half a cup of purple or red cabbage sliced
Three cups imitation crab meat chopped

Directions

snap peas. Chop veggies and slice onion and garlic. I cook onions, carrots, purple cabbage and bok choy bottoms in oil first. While cooking, cut crab meat into cubes. Throw in garlic and stir. Then add crab and bok choy tops. add soy sauce, and oyster sauce. I add chili paste if I have it, but it is not necessary and will change the calorie count, even though not by much. So good, and my kids love it!
