Introduction

okay...it does need to sit in the fridge for a couple hours - but it takes about 8 minutes to make...which is almost instant. okay...it does need to sit in the fridge for a couple hours - but it takes about 8 minutes to make...which is almost instant.

Ingredients

    1 package of SUGAR/FAT FREE Cheesecake instant pudding mix - Jell-o
    .5 cup of fat free milk
    .5 can (15 oz) solid packed pumpkin
    1 container FAT FREE Cool Whip
    1 reduced fat graham crust

Directions

Mix the pudding (it's pretty thick - but blend it for a minute or two). Add in the pumpkin until integrated. Add in the cool whip and mix until uniform. Pour into pie shell and smooth. Place in fridge for a couple hours to firm. Done!

You can sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon...or whatever you want) for serving on plate. You know...if you're fancy.
