Ingredients

    1 tbsp of ghee
    *(V) Onion, raw, 4 oz (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    *ground tumeric, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, .50 tsp (remove)
    *Garam Masala, .25 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Raja Chana Dal, 4 serving (remove)

Directions

Sautee onions and garlic in ghee until soft.
Add seasonings and stir and cook 1 minute
Add chana and water
Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes or until soft
Season with salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: makes 6 1/2 cup servings
