Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, 1.75 cup
    1 can Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.75 cup
    1/2c. chopped Onion
    1-2 tbsp Light Butter
    2 Eggs (or 4 egg whites to save a few calories)
    1/2c. 2% Milk (or nonfat milk to save another few)
    Salt
    Pepper
    20 Nabisco Ritz Crackers

Directions

-Sautee Onions evenly until golden brown and translucent
-Add both cans of corn
-Whisk eggs and stir in
-Measure out a half cup of milk
