Ingredients

    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1.5 cup
    Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 Cup
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .5 cup
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 oz
    Protein, AMP, Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 (3 scps)
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 0.3 cup

Tips

These came out a little dry. Original recipe calls for applesauce instead of greek yogurt, but I didn't have any. That might add some moisture (and sweetness)


Directions

Toast oats, mix all ingredients in a bowl and press into a baking pan. Bake @ 350 for 20 mins

Serving Size: Makes 16-18 Bars
