Ingredients

    2 eggs beaten
    1 can 15 oz pumpkin mix in with eggs
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar mix in with above 2
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp nutmet
    1/4 tsp cloves
    1/4 tsp allspice
    12 oz can evaporated milk.
    Mix spices in then put in milk and mix well.
    I cook the custard in microwave 7-8 mins stirring every
    2 mins so it is thick then pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350 F for about 30 - 45 mins until table knife comes out clean.

Tips

Calories include the pie crust with butter crisco and flour.


Directions

Make double pie crust according to recipe and bake until
light brown before putting in pumpkin custard.
