Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Tamari Wheat Free Soy sauce
    1/2 cup Water
    1 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
    15 drops Liquid Stevia
    1 Tbsp Corn Starch
    2 Tbsp Cold Water

Tips

For non-gluten free recipe, regular soy sauce can be substituted for Tamari.
For non-sugar free recipe, brown sugar or honey can be substituted for stevia. (Approx 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar)


Directions

1) Combine Tamari, water, ginger and stevia in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
2) Dissolve cornstarch in cold water.
3) Add cornstarch mixture to sauce, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
4) If sauce is too thick add a little water to thin.


Serving Size: Makes 2 3 oz servings
