Orange Juice, .5 cup
Gelatine, Knox, 1 packet
Cranberries, fresh, 12 oz package
Water, .5 cup
Lemon juice, 1 T
Orange and lemon zest
Sucralose sweetener, 5 packets
Directions
Sprinkle gelatine packet over orange juice to soften. Place cranberries, water, lemon juice, sweetener and zests into saucepan; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in softened gelatine. Pour into bowl and chill until cool and firm.
