Ingredients

    400g ground beef
    100g bell pepper (half of a chopped medium size)
    50g red onion (chopped)
    1 medium egg
    3 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. dijon mustard
    1/4 cup milk
    1/3 cup ketchup (no sugar added)
    3/4 cup quick cooking oats

Directions

Mix everything in a bowl but the oats. After everything is mixed, add the oats. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan. Pat down. Drizzle a little ketchup on top, Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 40 min.
Take out and slice into eight slices evenly for 8 servings.
