I can't remember where I found this - but it's so simple I just love it. I can't remember where I found this - but it's so simple I just love it.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 cup 1% milk
    6 eggs
    1/4 tsp salt
    13 x 9 glass pan
    spray PAM on pan


Use whatever syrup or toppings you like on regular pancakes. I think buttermilk syrup might be traditional with this, but my husband saves some calories by making a simple syrup with Xylitol sugar substitute and maple flavor that works well with this.

The original recipe called for 2 TBSP of melted butter in the pan, but I thought I'd save calories by using PAM


preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix everything together until smooth
spray pan with PAM
pour pancake batter in pan
cook at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes

Serving Size: 13 x9 pan - cut into 6 pieces
