Ingredients

Pastry
* Walnuts, 4 cups, ground
* Brown Sugar, 0.25 cup
* 4 packets of Truvia
* Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Phyllo Dough, 8 oz (remove)
* Smart Balance light, 1/2 cup; melted
Syrup
* Water, tap, 1.5 cups
* Granulated Sugar, 0.5
* 10 packets Truvia
* Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
* Honey, 0.5 cup
Directions
Prepare a 13 X 10 pan by spraying Pam on all sides an bottom.
Combine syrup ingredients and boil over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Chop walnuts, add sugars, nutmeg and cinnamon to walnuts and mix well.
You will need a barely moist tea cloth to cover the dough as you work. Open phyllo dough, layer dough with lightly brushed butter until the 8th sheet. After the 8th sheet sprinkle 1/2 cup of nut mix. layer two sheets of dough and repeat nut mix, repeat until the nut mix is gone. Place remaining 6-8 sheets of dough on top buttering as you layer.
With a Sharp Knife cut the unbaked pastry into small diamond/triangle shaped pieces.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 Degrees. Lower heat to 325 for the final 30 minutes. Make until golden brown.
Pour cooled syrup over baklava. Let cool for at least 4 hours.
