Ingredients

All ingredients are rough chopped into bite sized pieces-
8 medium potatoes (red or white)
2 cups fresh green beans (snipped and cut in half)
    2 cups mushrooms (quartered)
    3 cups baby carrots
    1 can of tomato paste
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    12 cups Beef Stock
16 oz stew beef (from meat counter already cut)

Tips

-You could buy sliced mushrooms but find it cheaper to buy what i need and chop quickly.
-You could use baby carrots
-You can use canned vegetables but find them to be too mushy rather than a hearty fresh veggie soup.

Directions

Add beef and all the rough chopped veggies into the crock pot. Add package of onion soup mix. Add tomato paste to bowl and mix with some of the beef stock so it will mix with everything else. Add that and remaining stock to crock pot or until top of pot. Cover and turn to low for about 6 hours.
