Ingredients

Curry powder, 2 tbsp
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 3 cloves
1 Onion, chopped
1 can Pumpkin
1 pound lentils
1 cup millet
Tips
Cheaper than Boca or Morning Star. With avocado, cheese, burger toppings and a whole grain product, these are a healthy and tasty easy meal.
Directions
Cook lentils in water; first boil, then simmer about 25 minutes.
Saute oil, onion, and garlic and whatever spices you like. Curry powder or herbes de provence or chili powder/cumin work well. Salt and pepper as desired.
Cook millet; 1 cup millet with 3 cups water.
Mix all together in blender or food processor or with a delightful stick blender.
Patty and place on parchment paper on cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 for about 8 minutes per side, adjust as needed.
Makes about 24. Cool and freeze some for later.
