Ingredients

    Curry powder, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 can Pumpkin
    1 pound lentils
    1 cup millet

Tips

Cheaper than Boca or Morning Star. With avocado, cheese, burger toppings and a whole grain product, these are a healthy and tasty easy meal.

Directions

Cook lentils in water; first boil, then simmer about 25 minutes.

Saute oil, onion, and garlic and whatever spices you like. Curry powder or herbes de provence or chili powder/cumin work well. Salt and pepper as desired.

Cook millet; 1 cup millet with 3 cups water.

Mix all together in blender or food processor or with a delightful stick blender.

Patty and place on parchment paper on cookie sheets.

Bake at 375 for about 8 minutes per side, adjust as needed.

Makes about 24. Cool and freeze some for later.
