    Fresh Spinach
    Swiss Cheese (Slices)
    Ham (Lunch meat)
    Pork (tenderized)
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Fast fry in pan first to make outside brown, then cook remaining in oven. May cook in glass baking dish and add can of mushroom soup over it for extra flavor (will add extra calories though) Is yummy with sauteed mushrooms!!!


Directions

Cook fresh spinach, let cool. Roll ham, cheese, and spinach in pork, hold closed with tooth pick.
