Ingredients

    3 - 4 medium to large avocados
    3 - 4 roma tomatoes or 2 medium tomatoes chopped
    3 cloves of garlic minced
    1 medium spanish or sweet onion OR 1 medium to small red onion finely chopped
    1/3 cup of no fat sour cream or no fat plain yogurt
    1 - 2 tsp of any hot sauce in the fridge - I like to use
    jalepeno sauce
    pepper to taste
    couple dashes of lemon juice



Tips

Keep the pits from the avocados to place on top of the guacamole - push in to dip until pit is half covered - helps keep the fruit green and its a great conversation piece!


Directions

Mash the avocados with a potato masher to keep it chunky instead of smooth. Add remaining ingredients, adding hot sauce and pepper to taste. Place in bowl and add 2 avocado pits on top - push half way down.

Serving Size: Makes medium size bowl serving
