Ingredients

    1.5 ground beef
    2 46oz cans tomato juice
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 can light red kidney beans
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    dash cilantra
    dash black pepper

    brown ground beef with onions. drain. add that and all other ingredients together. simmer for 1/2 hour or more.

    serve with crackers, if desired, and enjoy!
