    wild rice, 1 cup cooked
    brown rice, 1 cup cooked
    olive oil, 1 tbsp
    craisins, 1/3 cup
    raisins, 1/2 cup
    cilantro, 3 tbsp
    orange juice, 1/3 cup


Experiment! I like golden raisins, sometimes i add lime juice or flavored vinegars. I meant to try mint this year, but forgot to buy it. Some folks like nuts, though I can't eat them.


Cook rices separately, follow directions on packaging. Blend together, adding olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and chill. May need to adjust liquids depending on how aldente the rice ends up...
