    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

slice beef and vegetables into bite size strips. brown beef in hot oil. add vegetables; cook until tender and done. serve in low carb wraps with low fat shredded cheese.
