Introduction

Ingredients

4 2/3 cups Meat Sauce
9 oz. Lasagna Noodles
1 3/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups 2% Cottage Cheese
Directions
Cook the noodles until al dente.
*Each lasagna should have 2/3 cup meat sauce, about 3 half noodle sheets, 1/4 cup mozzarella, and about 1/4 cup of cottage cheese.*
Spread a very tiny bit of sauce on bottom of loaf pan.
Place one noodle half, then some sauce, all the cottage cheese, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
Layer one more lasagna half sheet, meat sauce, and half of the remaining mozzarella.
Place the final half noodle sheet, the remaining meat sauce, and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover each little pan with aluminum foil, and place in freezer bags.
When cooking straight from the freezer, preheat the oven to 375. Poke a few holes in the foil with a knife, set the pans on a baking sheet, and bake about 35 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake another 10 minutes.
You can also thaw the lasagna and cook it from the fridge, just adjust the cooking time to about 25 minutes total.
