Introduction
A nice change for the fat laden holiday treat. A nice change for the fat laden holiday treat.Number of Servings: 26
Ingredients
-
2 cups Tollhouse Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Smuckers Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Suebees Premium Clover honey
1 cup Mom's Best Naturals Quick Oats
1 1/4 cup Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
Directions
Place the oats into the bowl of a food processor. Process until the oats are a fine powder. Add the protein powder and pulse until both dry ingredients are combined together. Add the peanut butter and honey. Pulse until the wet ingredients are well incorporated and a large peanut butter ball begins to form. Roll into balls around the size of a quarter. If you want to make them smaller, go for it, it'll drop the nutritional value. I normally make them larger because I only eat one. Place in the refrigetator while you heat up your chocolate chips.
You can either microwave the chocolate chips or place them in a glass bowl over top of a pot of boiling water. Once your chocolate is melted, remove balls from fridge and dip them into chocolate. Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Once all balls are coated, place the baking sheet back into the refrigerator. Keep cold until ready to serve.
