Introduction
very quick and easy dinner, and the leftovers heat up really well! very quick and easy dinner, and the leftovers heat up really well!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
1 1/2 can tuna, drained
3 tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/2 c. skim milk
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. can Pillsbury Grands biscuits, refrigerated
Tips
Cooking time varies greatly on your oven. I only have to bake mine for 20 minutes before the biscuits are done. My advice is to keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine tune, onion, 1/2 cup shredded cheese (reserve 1/4 cup) and 5 tablespoons soup.
Separate dough, and stretch out. Put 1-2 Tbsp tuna mixture on one end and fold in half, pressing edges together.
Heat rest of soup, cheese and milk in small sauce pan until bubbly. Pour 1/2 of soup mixture into lightly greased pan.
Place biscuits over soup. Bake 20-30 minutes until brown. Serve with remaining sauce on top.
Serving Size: makes 8 tuna pockets
Number of Servings: 8
