Ingredients

    1/2 pound chicken thighs, cut into tenders
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
    cooking spray
    1/2 cup Frank's red hot sauce

Tips

I like to put these on a salad and mix some more hot sauce with a little bit of Caesar dressing for a tasty buffalo chicken salad.


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, salt, and pepper together.

2. Coat chicken tenders in flour mixture, shaking of any excess flour mixture. Then dip tenders in egg and coat with bread crumbs.

3. Place tenders onto a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook in oven for 15 minutes.

4. Toss with hot sauce and serve.
