Ingredients

    1 packet of tea (black or regular)
    8oz water
    1tsp cinnamon
    1tbsp fat free creamer
    1 packet of sweet 'n low
    2 Tbsp FF/SF cool whip
    Another sprinkle of cinnamon


Tips

Feel free to add sugar free coffee syrups (like Torani) for an extra boost of flavor


Directions

Make 8oz black or regular tea with water

Add the following:
1tsp cinnamon
1tbsp fat free creamer
1 packet of sweet 'n low

Mix

Top with 2 tbsp FF/SF cool whip and a sprinkle of cinnamon
