Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, trimmed of all visible fat)
3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce (Tamari Organic is gluten free)
1/2 cup Stubbs all natural, gluten free BBQ sauce, smoke mesquite
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey
Spices as desired: I used ground mustard, garlic powder, and pepper. Again, check for gluten.
Tips
Serve with brown rice, pineapple slices, and green vegetable for delicious meal.
Directions
Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and place in bottom of slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in a seperate bowl. Stir. Cover chicken with sauce and cook on medium for 6 hours.
