Directions

Slice Chicken Breast in halves lengthwise and season w/ salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet brown your chicken on both sides. Remove Chicken place in crock pot. Put alittle chicken broth in skillet to loosen the rest of the chicken bits and then pour that and the rest over the chicken season w/ italian seasoning and garlic and anyother seasoning you feel would taste good. Cook on low for 4-5 hours . W/in the last hour remaining add lemon juice and allow to cook for last hour. Chicken will fall apart. Cook w/ rice or angel hair noodle it will be great.

Serving Size: Feeds 4 you can add 2 more pieces of chicken for more
