Ingredients

    Lasagna noodles - oven ready
    1lb ground beef
    2 cans traditional spagetti sauce
    1 bag (2cps) part skim mozzarella shredded cheese
    16 oz cottage cheese

Directions

cook ground beef, drain grease, mix in sauce.
mix together your cheeses

In your crock pot:

1. spray pot with no stick cooking spray
2. using about 1/4 of the sauce mixture cover the bottom of the pot.
3. add approximately 1/3 of your cheese mixture (spread accross sauce)
4. add lasagna noodles (if you break them up they fit better)

Repeat steps 2 times (3-4 layers)

cook in crockpot on low for 4 hours.
