    Chinese Noodles, cellophane or long rice (mung beans), .25 cup
    *Edamame, shelled, fresh, .2 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .15 cup
    Chili powder, .5 tbsp
    Teriyaki Sauce, .5 packet
    Sweet and Sour Sauce, .5 packet
    Yellowfin Tuna (fish), 2 oz
    Watercress, .50 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup

Sear tuna - mix greens - mix sauce and enjoy
