Ingredients

    Chicken Marinade
    4 lbs Chicken Breast Boneless (cut into thin slices & pounded)
    1 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoons black pepper powder
    1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
    2 teaspoons garlic paste
    ¼ cup chili sauce (Swad Masala Chili)
    Batter
    3/4 cup self raising flour
    1 tablespoon corn flour
    ¾ teaspoon baking powder
    ¾ teaspoon salt
    ¾ teaspoon white pepper
    ¾ teaspoon paprika powder
    3 tablespoons chili sauce (Swad Masala Chili)
    ¾ cup Chilled Milk
    1 egg
    Toss coat
    1 1/2 cup flour

    Oil for frying

Tips

You can bake the patties at 450 F for 10 minutes each side.


Directions

Marinate chicken and refrigerate (optional) for 2-5 hours.

Make all the ingredients for batter & make a thick but runny batter.

Dip marinated chicken in the batter and then toss in the dry flour, then dip in the batter again and toss in the flour second time, double coating it. Put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Now on medium low heat pan fry the chicken covered till golden brown and crispy, about 7 minutes each side.
