Ingredients

    1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks) softened (nutrition info based on margarine butter 60/40 blend)
    2 cup sugar substitute (nutrition info based on Splenda for Baking)
    3/4 cup cocoa
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp kosher salt
    cinnamon & allspice to taste ~ about 1/2 to 1 tsp each (nutrition info based on 1 tsp each)
    2 lg eggs
    3 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

For a creamier taste, replace 1 egg for 1/3 cup milk. I'm looking into ways to stiffen into dough for baking like cookies.


Directions

Preheat over to 350F. After softening the butter, cream in the dry ingredients, then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mixture should be in between batter and dough in consistency. Spread into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350F for 40 minutes.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
