Introduction

Simple ingrediants, easy to make. Simple ingrediants, easy to make.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts - chopped
    1 can low sodium black beans
    1 yellow bell pepper - chopped
    1/2 onion - chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp chipotle chili pepper
    1/2 tsp cilantro
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 tortillas (recipe based on 100 cal tortillas)

Directions

Brown chicken breasts in olive oil.
Add beans, pepper, onion, garlic, and spices. Heat thru.
Spray glass dish. Spoon chicken mix into tortilla. Add salsa & cheese. Close. Bake 15 min @ 400 until slightly brown and crispy.

Serving Size: Makes 4 tortillas
