Ingredients

    Sauce:
~Cook ground chicken in a skillet, adding 2 tbs Worcestershire if you prefer a more "beefy" flavor.
~Add jar of sauce and let simmer with chicken.
~Place 1 ladle of sauce in the bottom of 13x9 baking dish.

    Pasta:
~Combine 1C ricotta and 1C cottage cheese and egg in blender or food processor until smooth.
~Wash and chop spinach, add to cheese mixture. Pulse to combine. Don't over-process or it will be a green blended mix instead of flecks of spinach.
~Scrape cheese mixture from bowl or blender into a large ziplock or piping bag. Cut a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag and fill each shell.
~Place each shell in the pre-sauced pan, top with rest of sauce and bake for 30mins or until sauce bubbles.
You can top with shredded cheese if you wish.
