Ingredients

    1 medium yellow onion
    1 cup uncooked wild and/or brown rice
    1 cup dried lentils
    1 (14oz) can crushed tomatoes, with juice
    1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
    1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
    4 cups vege broth

Directions

preheat oven 350.
in baking dish, add all ingredients.
bake, covered for 90 minutes. Stirring every 30 minutes to prevent sticking. Until bubbling and brown. serve warm.
