Ingredients

20 Ounces of ground turkey
1 cup of tvp
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 can refried beans
2 medium onions, chopped
2.5 cups of sliced mushrooms
6 ounces red wine
3 Tablespoons Garam Masala powder
5 large potatoes
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 Cup water
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
boil the potatos and mash them in a stand mixer until creamy. set aside.
sautee onions and mushrooms and garlic until dark brown, then remove from pan. deglaze with red wine. stir fry turkey meat in juices stirring constantly to make an even grain. once the meat is cooked add the bag of frozen broccoli, bring back to a boil and add 1 cup water. bring to a boil again, and add the can of refried beans. cover and simmer for 10 minutes, then stir the beans in with the rest of the concoction. Return all vegetables (except potatoes) to the pan and add all seasoning. bring back to a low simmer.
Serve a small amount of mashed potatoes in the bottom of a bowl then cover with a ladel of the mixture.
